Shipping And Delivery
This shipping policy applies only to orders within India. Please review the details below:
Processing Time:
- We ensure that 100% of orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays.
Delivery Timelines:
- Standard Shipping (Gujarat): Delivery within 6-7 business days after dispatch.
- Standard Shipping (All Other States): Delivery within 7-10 business days after dispatch. For certain remote Pincodes, delivery time may extend up to 15 business days, as indicated by the courier company.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be updated in your order information.
- If you do not receive tracking details, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Delivery Costs:
- We are charging Rs 62/- for prepaid and for COD we are charging Rs 108/-
- Please check your Order Summary for the exact delivery charges applicable to your order.
Failed Delivery:
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address,
- The absence of the receiver, or
- The customer refusing to accept the package,
The parcel will be returned to us at the customer's expense. This expense includes the incurred shipping charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Our Delivery Partners:
We use reliable courier services, including DTDC, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express, to deliver your orders. The courier partner may vary depending on the serviceable Pincodes provided by our partners.
Upon Receipt of Your Order:
- Please inspect the package and its contents carefully upon delivery.
- If the parcel appears damaged or incomplete, you may refuse delivery or sign as “Damaged” and contact us immediately on the same day.
Bank Holidays:
We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Deliveries will resume on the next working day.
